Our Business for Good program
We hope that our efforts will, in some small way, build stronger and more resilient communities and regenerate our natural world. They’re certainly very rewarding for us!
Community Training
- We’re committed to making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate. One of the ways we do this is by offering free community training sessions. These sessions are designed to provide business owners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. View current workshops.
Financial Donations
- We make annual donations to charitable organisations that make a positive impact on society or support environmental regeneration. As we want our team members to personally experience the joyful gift of giving, we work together to select organisations that they’re passionate about to support with our donations.
Volunteer Projects
- We give our team members annual volunteer time to support a charity of their choice in their field of expertise (e.g. accounting or business advice). The project must deliver on our Greenhawk values (‘We lift our local communities’, and/or ‘We care for our living planet’) and produce tangible benefits for the organisation.
Volunteer Morning
- In addition to individual volunteer projects, each employee is invited to take part in their local office’s annual team volunteer morning at a charity or non-profit organisation of each office’s collective choosing. Unlike volunteer projects, this support doesn’t need to be of an accounting nature.
