Darrin’s expertise lies in making the complex world of finance simple. Having cut his teeth at Ernst & Young and across major corporates in New Zealand and the UK, he brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to business advisory and finance leadership.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) and experienced CFO, Darrin helps business owners make smart, informed decisions that drive performance and growth. His calm, analytical style and deep technical grounding make him a trusted ally to clients navigating change.

Outside work, Darrin (aka Brownie) swaps spreadsheets for summits – running, skiing and exploring the Southern Alps with friends and family.

Alex is your man for all things tax. He has a passion for the subject and a deep knowledge of tax law, with a particular focus on property, international tax and business structuring. Alex is all about helping clients achieve their potential.

Friendly and approachable, Alex is well known for simplifying complex tax issues and achieving great outcomes for clients. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Otago CAANZ Tax Liaison Group, Alex provides technical tax trainings to other advisors and Chartered Accountants.

Come the weekend you’ll find Alex out and about skateboarding, ski touring, or windsurfing, or in his shed brewing a stout or building furniture.

Anusha brings both precision and creativity to her work – an uncommon mix that makes her a trusted partner to every client she supports. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive financial reporting experience, she’s passionate about helping clients plan, prepare, and interpret their financials with confidence.

Curious by nature, Anusha has a lifelong love of learning that extends well beyond numbers. When she’s not guiding clients, she’s often creating – through music, painting, or writing.

Lee’s the steady hand you want in your corner: calm, clever, and always in control. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep roots in the construction sector, she brings a sharp commercial mind and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every client relationship.

Known for her reliability and genuine care, Lee helps business owners make confident decisions and keep their growth on track.

Outside of work, you’ll find her powering through a spin class, chasing her three busy kids between sports and socials, or adventuring on beautiful Lake Wānaka.

Jo is a commercially astute problem-solver who brings structure, energy, and genuine care to everything she does. As a Production Manager, she’s known for her deep technical reporting expertise and ability to keep our compliance workflow running seamlessly.

Famous for her 1000-watt smile and booming laugh, Jo has wild stories from travels abroad, loves a cold pint, and is happiest adventuring outdoors – on foot, bike or snowboard.

Marie manages our Business Performance team with calm confidence and deep expertise – overseeing management reporting and bookkeeping operations for clients, and ensuring every detail is accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. Known for her cool-headed approach, Marie keeps even the most complex projects running smoothly.

Outside of work, she brings the same epic focus to the pool and beyond – an avid swimmer, multisporter and lifelong science lover who relishes a good challenge both in and out of the water.

Kelly blends strategy, storytelling, and sustainability to keep Greenhawk’s brand and purpose thriving. As Head of Brand and Sustainability, she leads our marketing and ESG initiatives, combining sharp commercial insight with a passion for impact.

Kelly shapes Greenhawk’s positioning and solves business challenges with smart marketing solutions, while also running free workshops to help other businesses begin their emissions-reduction journeys.
