What to expect
We’ll acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve most matters within 10 business days of beginning our review. We’ll keep you informed if things take longer.
All feedback is handled confidentially. We do not penalise anyone for raising a legitimate concern in good faith. If you’re not sure whether your concern fits here, get in touch anyway. There’s no wrong reason to reach out.
