Inland Revenue Authority to Act

Authority is given to Greenhawk Chartered Accountants LP, including its staff and contractors, to act on behalf of the entities listed. This authority applies to all tax types until further notice.

This includes authority to:

• Obtain and provide information from Inland Revenue, other government agencies and financial institutions, about all tax types. This includes obtaining information through all Inland Revenue media and communication channels.
• Link all tax types for the entities listed. It is understood that linking allows Greenhawk Chartered Accountants LP as an authorised tax agent to have full access to information held by Inland Revenue and has the ability to modify details relating to the relevant tax types. Correspondence for linked tax types will be directed to Greenhawk Chartered Accountants LP.
• Engage third-party service providers, including tax pooling intermediaries, as considered necessary to facilitate the effective management of tax or related financial matters. In such cases, relevant information may be shared to the extent required for service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Prepare, submit, and sign tax returns on their behalf.
